Terms and Conditions for 30-Day Comfort Guarantee or Your Money Back (Excluding Delivery Costs)

   - To be eligible for the guarantee, the product must be in its original condition, without any signs of damage.

 

2. Duration:

   - The 30-day comfort guarantee starts from the date of delivery.

   - Requests for returns under the guarantee must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

3. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team and provide the necessary details, including order number and reason for return.

   - Our customer service team will guide customers through the return process, which may involve completing a return form and providing proof of purchase.

 

4. Return Conditions:

   - The product must be returned in its original condition , including all accessories and documentation.

   - Any damages or signs of misuse on the returned product may void the guarantee.

 

5. Refund Process:

   - Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the status of their refund.

   - Refunds will be processed within 28 business days after the product is received and inspected.

   - The refund amount will exclude any delivery costs incurred during the initial purchase.

 

6. Exclusions:

   - The guarantee does not cover any damages caused by improper use, accidents, negligence, or modification of the product.

   - Customised products or products with personalised modifications are not eligible for the 30-day comfort guarantee.

   - The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

 

7. Limitations:

   - Each customer is entitled to one return under the 30-day comfort guarantee per product.

   - The guarantee is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

 

8. Discretion:

   - Our company reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

   - We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the 30-day comfort guarantee at any time, but such changes will not affect any purchases made prior to the modification or discontinuation.
