VAT Exempt Eligibility

You may qualify for VAT exemption on Joseph Henry rise and recliner chairs that are designed for personal or domestic use.

Vat relief is only eligible on chairs with the rise fictions to support mobility.

To be eligible for VAT relief, you must have a physical or mental impairment that affects your ability to carry out everyday activities, such as blindness, or a chronic sickness such as diabetes. You can also be considered eligible if you are terminally ill.

Please note that elderly individuals who are able-bodied do not qualify for VAT exemption. If you meet the eligibility requirements, you will need to confirm it in writing.
